Information Resources for the Severe Flu Season

Over the weekend Governor Cuomo declared a State Public Health Emergency in response to this unusually severe flu season. As we grapple this intense flu season, let’s take a moment to look at some reliable flu information.

–Have you had your flu shot yet? It’s not too late! And, it is the best preventive measure to protect yourself and loved ones from the flu. Here is a listing of where the flu shot is still available in Rochester.

–There are three different types of flu shot and a nasal spray. Which is the right one for you?
