These bibliographic management programs, free to UR students and staff, streamline the process of organizing references and writing research papers.
RefWorks (web-based) and EndNote (software loaded onto your desktop) allow you to easily collect citations and PDF files from a variety of online sources, and automatically insert and format citations and bibliographies in the output style of your choice.
In these hands-on classes you’ll learn how to import references from such online databases as PubMed and Ovid Medline, create a manuscript and bibliography using MS Word, and work with the program’s newest features.
