Starting March 14, you’ll notice some pretty big changes taking place just inside our front doors. We’re consolidating our two public service desks (Circulation and Reference) into one single location, making it easier for you to get the assistance you need. You’ll still have access to all our great services, but – it’ll all start at the ANSWER DESK.
• Need to pick up a book you ordered? You can do that at the ANSWER DESK!
• Need to borrow the copy card? You can do that at the ANSWER DESK!
• Need to borrow headphones? You can do that at the ANSWER DESK!
• Need to consult with a librarian? You guessed it…the ANSWER DESK!
As usual, you can continue to contact us with questions via the ASK button on our web page.
And you can continue to request an appointment with a librarian – we’ll even come to you! You can contact your library liaison directly (see www.urmc.edu/miner/about/staff/liaison.cfm) or simply use the ASK button.
