Miner Library will host a series of NCBI Discovery Workshops on September 17 – 18, 2012, and registration for these free workshops is now open.
This is a fabulous opportunity to learn more about some of NCBI’s most popular tools. The sessions, taught by Dr. Peter Cooper from NCBI, are hands-on, with detailed handouts. There will be four sessions over two days; you can attend any combination of them. The workshops are open to all URMC faculty, staff, and students.

September 18, 2012:

Human Variation and Disease Genes 1 pm – 3:30 pm, Whipple Auditorium (2-6424)
